Parent Intensives

Sometimes meaningful change needs more than an hour a week.

Our Parent Intensives are immersive three-day/two-night experiences that give parents the opportunity to step away from everyday life and focus deeply on themselves, their relationships, and the family patterns they want to change.

We believe parenting is not simply about learning better techniques.

It requires the courage to understand ourselves.

Understanding Your Patterns, Reconnecting With Your Values

Through a combination of family systems work, education, reflection, experiential learning, and facilitated therapeutic experiences, parents explore the beliefs, patterns, expectations, fears, and family-of-origin experiences they bring into their parenting.

You begin to recognize what belongs to you and what belongs to your child.

You also have the opportunity to reconnect with your values that ground your parenting:

  • Who do I want to be as a parent?
  • What do I want to stand for?
  • How do I remain connected to my values when I am afraid, angry, overwhelmed, or uncertain?

The goal is not perfect parenting

It is greater awareness, emotional maturity, congruence, and the capacity to lead a family with both courage and compassion

Creating Space for Meaningful Change

Our Parent Intensives are offered locally in an intentionally immersive setting that allows parents to slow down, step outside familiar routines, and engage more deeply in the work.

When parents find their centre and change how they show up, the possibilities within the whole family begin to change.

What our Clients are saying

“The Parent Intensive was truly life-changing."

"I came to learn how to better help my child but left understanding so much more about myself. I could see how my own upbringing was shaping the way I parent. I left with more compassion for myself, my child, and our relationship.”
